Day 1: Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes town – Machu Picchu – Huaynapicchu – Cusco.

Day 1: Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes town – Machu Picchu – Huaynapicchu – Cusco.

Join our one-day Tour Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu. We’ll start early at around 3:30 a.m., picking you up from your hotel and taking you to Ollantaytambo train station in a comfortable car. The train journey itself is a treat, as you traverse the beautiful landscapes of the Sacred Valley of the Incas for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes until you reach Aguas Calientes.

When you arrive in Aguas Calientes, our knowledgeable guide will be there to escort you to the bus that will take you to the Archaeological Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. This 25-minute bus ride is the most common and convenient way to reach the ancient Inca citadel. Once at Machu Picchu, our professional tourism guide will lead you on an immersive tour where you’ll learn about its intriguing history and remarkable architecture. Don’t forget to capture the iconic Machu Picchu postcard photo during your visit.

This tour includes the Circuit 2 ticket, allowing you to explore and delve deeper into the fascinating Inca culture. The guided tour typically lasts 2 to 3 hours. After fully appreciating the cultural and historical wonders of Machu Picchu, we embark on a thrilling adventure to Huaynapicchu. Climbing this mountain offers a truly unique and adrenaline-fueled experience. The ascent to the summit takes around 1 hour, rewarding you with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Urubamba River flowing through the dense jungle. During the final phase of the hike, you’ll encounter some challenging steps that lead to the peak. The steep slope adds an exhilarating element to the adventure.

Once you reach the top of Huaynapicchu, take your time to savor the awe-inspiring view and snap some incredible photos. The descent back follows the same path and takes approximately 30 minutes. Remember to exercise caution during this part of the journey. The Tour Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu is highly recommended, but please note that you will need separate entrance tickets for both Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu. As the afternoon approaches, we conclude the tour and return to Aguas Calientes to catch the train back to Ollantaytambo. Our reliable transportation service will be waiting for you at the station to bring you back to your hotel in Cusco.

ARRIVAL TO CUSCO:

Cusco is a city located in the southern Peru, at 3,400masl. From the airport to the downtown of the city takes you approximately 20 minutes due to the traffic. In the downtown are located most of the hotels. If you require a transfer please let us to know at the booking time.

THE BRIEFING:

The briefing for the tour will take please on day before the tour at 6:00pm in our office or in your hotel. Where your guide will meet you and clarified the last items for the tour.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE AT YOUR OFFICE?
